  1. Social Media Top Supporters

    We'll show you at both a site-wide and individual URL view of what notable people are sharing your content. If you're super cool and have lots of supporters sharing your content, we'll bubble up the most notable who have significant followings or a high-influencer rating.

    Top Supporters will also allow you to interact directly with the individual or brand directly from our interface, so that you can reach out to thank them, follow them or return the favor by sharing some of their own content quickly and easily.

    • Multi-User Accounts

      Enable your teammates to have their own unique logins and settings for Filament Pro communications, including performance summaries and alerts and future feature rollouts that will have individual user settings. A master account holder will have administrative privileges over these additional users and can add/remove at any time.

      • Week-in-Review Email

        A high-level retrospective report on the prior week's activity including increase or decrease compared to the previous week.

        The email will include information on:
        • Notable social supporters sharing your content
        • Best day of the week for: traffic, social activity and engagement
        • A list of content released with during the week and short stats on their performance
        • A weekly Engagement Score graphic spanning recent weeks to exhibit your trend
        • Engagement Score change week over week

        • Better Queries and Reporting

          Create reports with multiple search parameters or thresholds. Here's an example multi-level query:

          SHOW most shared content
          WHERE pageviews are greater than 200 per day
          FROM Aug 15, 2015 to Sep 1, 2015

          We will also be adding more query parameters, such as page retention and share ratio. All results will be exportable to CSV for easier long-term reporting and flexibility for individual marketing and analytical workflows.

          • Daily / Breakout Email Optimizations & Redesign

            Rework the content covered and overall design of the daily or breakout emails for a more complete and cohesive story on your activity.

            We'll implement a more stats detail so you can make a better informed decision to login and dig in further as needed. We'll also aim to highlight things that are more valuable for you to pay attention to, or if it has linked to any other increased activity elsewhere.

              • User Interface and UI Improvements

                General changes to the overall layout of app for greater discoverability and organization of key areas of value, such as referrer and traffic quality. These improvements will be leading up to a redesign of the Sitewide (or Deployment) Overview page.
