  1. Newly Released Content Review

    You or someone on your team just released a post. Based on how it does, that may dictate how, or how much you promote that post across your social networks or PPC ad spend.

    You can set the amount of days later you'd like us to send you a review of that content since it was published. If you set it 3 days later, we'll break down all the activity so far. If it's exceeding your "typical recently published" behavior, we'll tell you, then you can proceed accordingly.

      Disqus and similar 3rd party comment plugins are awesome. We use them ourselves. But since they aren't actually a part of your page, and are typically implemented via an iframe (like picture in picture for the non-coders out there), they are really hard for us to see and track submissions.

      We'll fix all that, then move on to other comment solutions like LyveFire, Facebook Comments and Google+ comments.

      • Chart Enhancements - Making them super easy to understand

        The charts are pretty, but they're not always clear. We'll revise most of the charts layout and organization to better show multiple data points (like traffic alongside bounce) to make it very clear where positive activity is occurring and trends are made much more identifiable.

        • Site-wide Overview Page Redesign

          We'll create a more scannable, high-level view of how your site is doing that is simpler and speedier to review.

          This is the page you would check on a regular basis, especially on breakout days where we would only show what is making a difference currently in your content performance.

          The other more focused pages would be where you would dig in when you need to find new insights or areas for improvement. We will also aim to reveal tips that you can put to use quickly based on what we've observed with your visitor behavior and content performance.

          • Alert when an old post is "Back from the dead".

            Sure, that post is eleven months old, but all the sudden someone with a lot of minions on Twitter just randomly shared it and now it's getting engagement again. With a little effort, you can fan the flames and squeeze a little more out of that content.

            We'll alert you that your post has risen again so you can take action and not miss that low-hanging fruit of opportunity.

            • Daily / Breakout Email Optimizations & Redesign

              Rework the content covered and overall design of the daily or breakout emails for a more complete and cohesive story on your activity.

              We'll implement a more stats detail so you can make a better informed decision to login and dig in further as needed. We'll also aim to highlight things that are more valuable for you to pay attention to, or if it has linked to any other increased activity elsewhere.

                A high-level retrospective report on the prior week's activity including increase or decrease compared to the previous week.

                The email will include information on:
                • Notable social supporters sharing your content
                • Best day of the week for: traffic, social activity and engagement
                • A list of content released with during the week and short stats on their performance
                • A weekly Engagement Score graphic spanning recent weeks to exhibit your trend
                • Engagement Score change week over week

                  We'll show you at both a site-wide and individual URL view of what notable people are sharing your content. If you're super cool and have lots of supporters sharing your content, we'll bubble up the most notable who have significant followings or a high-influencer rating.

                  Top Supporters will also allow you to interact directly with the individual or brand directly from our interface, so that you can reach out to thank them, follow them or return the favor by sharing some of their own content quickly and easily.

                        We want you to have greater visibility into what types of forms are submitted around your site and where. If you have 23 submissions last week, we'd like to show you that 12 were comments on the following pages, 9 were email subscriptions on these pages and 3 were general contact form submissions.

                            Enable your teammates to have their own unique logins and settings for Filament Pro communications, including performance summaries and alerts and future feature rollouts that will have individual user settings. A master account holder will have administrative privileges over these additional users and can add/remove at any time.

                                Let's pretend you're shopping online for a new appliance? You hit the 4+ star filter, price under $100 and free shipping. Then there's still too many results, so you check a couple to compare and then they show you all the specs, side by side, then you buy the one with the most checkmarks. I do that all the time - hopefully it's not just me.

                                That's what we'll do, but swap out the Kitchen-aid Mixer for pieces of content. You could do this across whole categories, authors, post types, or individual pieces of content.

                                  Create reports with multiple search parameters or thresholds. Here's an example multi-level query:

                                  SHOW most shared content
                                  WHERE pageviews are greater than 200 per day
                                  FROM Aug 15, 2015 to Sep 1, 2015

                                  We will also be adding more query parameters, such as page retention and share ratio. All results will be exportable to CSV for easier long-term reporting and flexibility for individual marketing and analytical workflows.
