When can I get support?

We provide direct support to our Pro users via email, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST. We also don't provide support over major US holidays, including:
  • Martin Luther King day - [January 19th, 2015; January 18th, 2016]
  • Presidents' Day - [February 16th, 2015; February 15th, 2016]
  • Memorial Day - [May 25th, 2015; May 30th, 2016]
  • Independence Day - [July 4th]
  • Labor Day - [September 1st]
  • Thanksgiving - [November 25th, 2015]
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day - [December 24th & 25th]
  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day- [December 31st & January 1st]

A note about phone support

In an effort to keep our support at the highest quality, all of our support for Filament is provided in-house by the same team that built it. We're a small team, so in order to minimize disruption to our workdays, we don't provide phone support.
